Diakonie can be described as social services undertaken by the Protestant church in Germany. It supports those on the margins of society and, among other services, provides facilities for children, families, the disabled, elderly and ill. The umbrella organization is the Diakonisches Werk der Evangelischen Kirche, a non-profit association of the Protestant church. CC is responsible for reports in the customer magazine “Diakonie Magazin” and also creates e-magazines based on the print version. In addition, CC is advising the national association Bundesverband der Diakonie on the relaunch of its website www.diakonie.de, and providing relevant training in social media.

With more than 320,000 customers, Schwenninger BKK is one of the 35 largest health insurance companies in Germany. The company's main headquarters are in Villingen-Schwenningen and it also has a further 14 branch offices. Schwenninger BKK is active throughout Germany and employs around 600 staff. CC is the company's contact for PR concepts, media work, podcasts and Web 2.0. It is also in charge of editing and designing “perspective” – the customer magazine of Schwenninger BKK – and other print products.

On behalf of the Ontario Ministry of Economic Development, Trade and Employment (MEDTE), CC is responsible for carrying out media work in German-speaking countries in Europe on the subject of “Investing in Ontario”. From an economic perspective, Ontario is the strongest province in Canada. As a business location and for direct investments, it is of particular interest to companies involved in renewable energies, automotive engineering and automotive supply, information technology and telecommunications, life sciences and biotechnology, and mechanical engineering.
